2.3 If you book a spot in a contest and do not cancel within 24 hours before the contest starts, you are obligated to complete the payment.

2.4 According to Swedish distance and doorstep sales law (Distans- och hemförsäljningslagen), customers may have a right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of purchase. This does not apply to our contest spots, which are considered to be services commenced immediately upon booking and thus exempt from withdrawal rights.

3. Contest Rules

3.1 Each contest has its own specific rules and criteria. By purchasing a spot, you agree to abide by these rules and acknowledge that the results are determined based on our evaluation of engagement metrics.

3.2 We reserve the right to disqualify participants who do not adhere to the contest rules or who engage in unethical or fraudulent behavior.

3.3 We offer a follower guarantee for certain contests. For larger contests, if you do not gain the agreed number of followers (e.g., 1000 followers), you will be allowed to participate in a new contest free of charge until the specified goal is achieved.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All content provided on our website and social media, including but not limited to, text, images, and logos, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

4.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 We are not responsible for any damages, or losses incurred as a result of participating in our contests. By purchasing a spot, you agree to release us from any liability arising from your participation.

5.2 While we strive to ensure the security and performance of our website, we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5.3 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services.

5.4 We do not take responsibility for any loss of followers experienced by businesses, individuals, or accounts after the conclusion of our contests.

6. Modifications

6.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

6.2 It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
